I stayed at Andrea's place for almost a month while traveling for work. It is located in a perfect spot just off the highway and the neighborhood is very quiet. The space is cozy with everything you will need in the kitchen, a desk to work from, and comfortable living room with nice TV. Would definitely stay again.

Host was very responsive and got entire 1 bedroom condo to live in with washer/dryer, etc., near where I needed to be for less than half of hotel costs. So, more room for great value.

I booked this unit for 2 weeks. Left less than 24 hours later. Unit is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. The entry/ lobby was littered with debris, clutter and dog hair. Unit Reeked of Marijuana. Camera inside the unit that monitored the living space. The front balcony door didn’t lock. The thermostat stayed around 59-65 degrees and wouldn’t increase despite multiple adjustments. One extra blanket but it smelled bad. Bathroom toilet and shower areas were dirty and stained. Couch was dirty and stained. The dresser I was assigned had the host’s personal items in the drawers and one of the drawers contained a dirty gauze with bodily secretions. The dresser was very dirty. I didn’t unpack. The freezer was packed with food and medical ice packs that appeared to be used. The refrigerator was dirty and limited space for food. Refrigerator door was stuffed with hosts food. The bed appeared clean with new sheets and was adequately comfortable. I was ready to leave after being there for one hour.

I had a great stay at Andrea's place. It felt very comfortable and homey. Andrea was VERY quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Thank you Andrea!
