Jason was a fantastic host, and the home was great. The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The master bed was extremely comfortable as well. It was the perfect place for our party of 6.

Great location. As a race official for MotoGP, this was approximately 5 mins from the track. House was spotless, very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Communication was great; he offered suggestions on things to do before we came down. Had a first world problem, and I mention this not to complain but show his responsiveness: the thermostat was on a schedule (which is understandable when no tenants) & the temperature went up a few degrees in the middle of the first night; had to get up a couple of times to turn it down. Thought it might have been a one night deal but happened the second night. I decided to message Jason around midnight & he got back first thing the next morning. Problem solved; a few degrees cooler helped the sunburn on our last night there. We would definitely stay there again!

Jason's place was wonderful! We loved staying there during the eclipse. It was clean and comfy. Jason was a terrific host!
