The third bedroom has two single beds and access through more French doors to the second patio which has a gas BBQ and heater, where you can comfortably dine outside. There are two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower over a large bath. The fully equipped laundry includes a second toilet.
