There is a lot of good things to say about this place. We stayed for just a few days, so we weren't able to explore the area a whole lot, but from what we did see, the area is very nice and quiet and safe, lots of restaurants, a short drive from the places we wanted to go. Check-in instructions were clear, place was very bright, clean and modern. Hosts were very responsive and helpful to questions we had. The home was very clean and had everything you needed.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. clear instructions were provided for check in and check out. Hostess answered all of our questions quickly and responded quickly to our needs. House was clean and silk stocked with supplies when we arrived. would definitely stay here again

We had a great experience at Nivlas place. They communicated with us the entire stay and made sure we received everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are amazing and the house is spacious and accommodating. The house was clean and tidy and the beds were Super comfortable. I will use Nivlas place everytime I travel to houston. Not to mention the location is close to downtown and all of the nightlife If you enjoy going out. Thank you again for being such great host and making us feel like we were at home away from home!
