Perfect middle ground for Zion and Bryce National parks! Private with a lovely view. We enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes. Will book Alex and Vanessa for future trips! We also appreciated the binder filled with local possible adventures/activities.
The place itself was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, and comfortable bed. Outdoor space of an upper deck with grill and hot tub below were very nice amenities to have! The location was in a development of sorts, with interesting rocky cliffs nearby as the scenery. Central to both Bryce and Zion but you’ll be driving a bit to get there, bear that in mind. Very small town with a coffee shop about 5 mins away.
Absolutely fantastic place. The digital guide was brilliant and so easy and helpful. Loved the style and cleanliness, we felt immediately comfortable. Perfect location right btwn Zion and Bryce that allowed us to easily explore both parks. And the jacuzzi under the stars was an experience I'll be thinking about for a long time. Great hosts, great property - we are already planning a return visit soon.
It was as nice as advertised. Everything was like new and like the photos. Was relaxing and enjoyable watching the deer in the morning and evening as well as the stars at night. Very nice place and would definitely recommend staying there.
We've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one is definitely towards the top. Great location to experience SW Utah. Very responsive to our questions. We had a great time!

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets, it became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home. Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
