Villa Emilia is a very spacious property, offering home from home amenities. Walking distance to village offering bars and restaurants. Beautiful gardens fully fenced for your enjoyment. The property is over three floors giving plenty of space not to get under each others feet as well as several different seating/dining areas outside…. The pool area and summer house offer additional space for sunbathing, playing games. The villa is extremely spacious.. offering a huge reception hallway with seating. Off this is the kitchen and dining room, lounge, utility room and downstairs toilet. There are double doors which lead from the lounge and utility room to a walled terrace with table, chairs and additional seating. The staircase to the first floor Leads to a library with double doors to a balcony with bistro table and two chairs offering spectacular views across the valley. Off the library is a double bedroom with dual aspect view. There is also a family bathroom in this floor with hydro massage shower. The other two rooms will remain locked as they are the family’s personal rooms. The staircase continues to the second floor where there are an additional three bedrooms, sitting room and family bathroom. Two rooms have a double bed and the third a sofa bed which can be used as a double or single. Off this staircase you can gain access to the roof terrace , with table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening admiring the views and watching the sunset. The garden is vast and on several levels. There is a small picket fence along the top of the wall looking down into the terrace. Children must be supervised in the area to ensure they don’t fall. The pool is through the formal garden and up steps where you will find a table and chairs, sun loungers and the summer house which has exercise equipment in. Beyond the pool is the orchard with fruit, nut and olive trees. At the other end of the formal garden in the lemon grove is additional seating which on a very hot day is better for use than the terrace as you get a nice breeze there. The walled terrace also has table and chairs and additional seating. Also steps leading down to the cave which will be locked. At the back of the summer house are some chickens in an enclosure. The pool guys feeds and waters when he cleans the pool Twice weekly. But you are welcome to collect the eggs for your use whilst staying at the villa.
