House Was in under acceptable condition. Pool was green . No Tv in two of the rooms. No towels to wash with. Doors won’t lock. A/C doesn’t keep the house cold. Bugs hanging out on the patio and chairs. Reached out to five star and all they said were… We will get someone out there ASAP. Which never happened. Asked for a refund and they never responded back. This was my first Airbnb experience. Contacted Airbnb for a refund and haven’t heard back from them yet.
Great stay, safe, quite neighborhood. Thank you Five star properties.
