very good place to stay

furniture completely broken in the entrance, and in the bathroom there was water coming out somewhere that I couldn't know where it came from, and the house guards have to learn how to talk to people respectfully, and you have to have some tools in case you want to assemble the gas coil for example, I had to go and look for it somewhere else and that can be hard for some poeple,

I can only say so much in 1000 characters, but briefly, here’s how our stay went: This Airbnb apartment experience was VERY disappointing due to several critical issues. The plumbing was a nightmare, with a leaking toilet and a shower where the water wasn’t draining properly, causing water to spread everywhere. The air conditioner did not work, and using it alongside simple appliances like the kettle or charging a phone caused frequent electrical outages. The wooden bed was especially problematic; the middle wooden slat frequently came loose, which the host did put back once, but it ultimately collapsed and broke completely on the final night. We’re now facing an unreasonable claim for damages to a teapot we never used, and a hefty charge for the bed that didn’t reflect its worn condition. Despite a nice location, the myriad problems made our stay very challenging. I would definitely NOT recommend this Airbnb listing!

The apartment is very nice, specially the living room and the terrace with the sea view. Communication with the host was also good, Hamza was responsive at all times and the check-in was smooth. I would have liked if they could have provided some hand soap, shower gel or shampoo, as this was supposed to be included in the amenities. There is also no sugar or coffee available, or basic things for cooking like oil. Electricity went on and off a few times, but weather conditions were not good, so that could have been the cause of it. There was also some water leak in the bathroom. Overall, our experience wasn’t bad, however our expectations were a bit better based on the previous reviews and description of amenities provided.

No pudimos haber encontrado mejor ubicación, alojamiento y anfitrión. Realmente nos encantó su piso, tiene una vista preciosa, abajo del edificio hay un restaurante que está muy rico y con un servicio espectacular. Hamza es muy amable y responde muy rápido y da todas las recomendaciones que necesites. La zona es tranquila, y siento que es de las mejores zonas para hospedarse y puedes ir al centro (medina) en 7-10 min en taxi. Recomiendo a todo el que quiera ir, hospedarse con Hamza y comer en el restaurante familiar que hay abajo.
