The apartment is in a very posh apartment building complex, in the middle of an old Spanish town. The town have about 5000 citizens and have been modernized to meet the demands from tourists, as it is located only 10 minutes from the best beaches in Spain (Costa Blanca) The town have plenty of restaurants, convenient stores and grocery stores. It even have a new very nice park with running water, a lake and free animals walking around. Even though the town don't have a full cross road, only a T-Cross road, it is still very proud of its new 3 roundabouts at the entrances to the town. The main street have orange trees with free oranges to anyone that want to eat them. It is a busy little town with mostly Spanish locals, but a fair amount of tourists. Not too busy though. There are bicycle paths, side walks and hiking paths everywhere. Plenty of free parking spots in the streets.

You will have everything you need within a short walking distance. Banks, ATM, convenient stores, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, tobaccos, even McDonalds! Bus stop and Taxi stop are located right outside the building.
I have a car, a camper van and a bike for rent if you want to explore more of the area. Plenty of free parking in every street all over the town.
