On the second floor, you have access to a first master suite of 22m2 with a double bed 160x200* and its bathroom with shower and double sinks, then a bedroom with two single beds 90*200 and a washbasin. As mentioned in the advert, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc...) that might disturb our neighbours are forbidden in our flat. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty. IMPORTANT: a deposit of €3000 will be required before the start of your stay.
