Excellent spot for a group of friends. Lots of bedrooms of various sizes and beds of various sizes, so your only problem will be arguing with your friends who gets the bigger bed, or the bedroom with attached bathroom ;) Pretty much next to the airport, but never heard any planes inside with windows closed. We all had a quiet, comfortable sleep every night. Beds seem to have memory foam mattress toppers, FYI. Some people like them, some don't. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean. Owner keeps garage locked, but driveway was plenty of room to park our rented minivan, probably could fit 2 cars there if we needed to. Getting in the house was super easy. So was accessing the wi-fi. Lots of big-screen TVs (living room downstairs, screening room upstairs, master bedroom, maybe more but I forgot). Kitchen had everything we needed, plates, utensils, disposable utensils, pots and pans, cups, etc. All were clean and ready to use. Great house, definitely would stay again!
