Overall a great stay. It really is as great as the pictures look. The staff were helpful and welcoming - happy to help you plan your day trips in the area. Cute dogs, a cat and chickens wander around the property, all very friendly. There are some things we wish we had known, though. Bring good water shoes if you want to swim at the beach. The water is shallow and the beach isn't sandy, it's jagged rocks that go out for many meters. On windy days the water is very rough and practically unswimmable, but the beach is still good for walks. There are calmer beaches you can walk ~30 minutes and pay an entrance fee (Boslot or Kookoo's Nest). Bring snorkel gear to see cool marine life! You can rent a motor bike from the resort and this opens up a lot of opportunities for day trips. It's a great island, but there is very little within walking distance of the resort. One last caveat : while you can rent an entire hut, the walls are very thin and your neighbours are only a few feet away. You can hear most of their conversations if they speak loudly. Overall, though, we had a great time here and were sad to leave. Thanks for everything!

Great bungalows located in a fabulous garden with a great view to the ocean! Good to relax and do some reading. Downside: From time to time there where groups visiting the garden, which took the relaxing atmosphere and people left their rubbish

this was our 3rd stay at Grandview and it was as fabulous as the 2 previous ones.

The grandview is a lovely homey and welcoming environment. Staff were all lovely and it was a wonderful area to just relax and eat nice food. The room is a lovely large traditional cottage, nice small bathroom inside. There are only 3 cottages spread out with plenty of your own space, and one central communal area which is the resturaunt. Good and fair priced food for breakfast lunch and dinner. There are very little restaurant options nearby so we ate at the grandview all days. A wonderful relaxed stay
