You must CLIMB 3 FLOORS to access the apartment. This 2-bedroom triplex penthouse is tastefully decorated and offers unique features allowing you to have the most relaxing and enjoyable stay possible. ☆ The apartment is spacious (70 m2) and offers nice parquet floors. ☆ From the upstairs bedroom area, there is direct access to the private ROOF TERRACE, sunny the whole day, where you can relax in one of the sunbeds and/or have a tasty local meal in the outdoor dining area using the barbecue. An outdoor shower is also available. ☆ Individual AC is available in the living room and upstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a Ceiling Fan. ☆ The LIVING room is spacious with a large and comfortable sofa and a balcony facing a quiet and pedestrian street. ☆ The lovely OPEN KITCHEN with its dining area is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking: pans, pots, crockery, glassware, etc. A washing machine and dishwasher are at guests' disposal. ☆ The downstairs BEDROOM has a double bed with a balcony facing a quiet pedestrian street, a spacious closet, and a DESK AREA. ☆ The first BATHROOM, located near the apartment entrance, has a BATHTUB and a toilet. ☆ The upstairs BEDROOM also offers a double bed and a large closet to store your belongings. A sink is located at its entrance, as well as a pretty SHOWER area. Toilets are separate, in an enclosed room just next to it. ☆ For MUSIC lovers, there's a record player, an electric piano, and a loudspeaker in the living room. Not to be used too loudly, of course, to respect the peace of the neighborhood.

The apartment was perfect for our there day visit. The location was walkable to all attractions and shopping with lots of restaurants nearby. We loved the neighbourhood feel in the local square. Very quaint. We took some of the recommended places to dine from the host and really enjoyed them. Lisa was very quick and kind to reply to any questions we had during our stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Great value and I highly recommend it.

Really nice place to stay and with it’s 3 floors and the fantastic roof top terrace just remarkable. The kitchen is super well equipped and even for rainy days the projector will do the rest. :)
