Enjoy a spectacular luxury stay in this spectacular newly remodeled apartment, with two bedrooms with full private bathroom, king bed, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, oven, refrigerator, microwave, private dryer/washing machine, dining room for 4 people and a big sofa. We also have on hand a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. All located next to Av Horacio in the best area of the city, very close to Antara. The apartment is recently remodeled, with very good finishes and an unparalleled design, it is located on the first floor of the building, the apartment is ideal for groups of family or friends, we have high-speed WIFI and a hydraulic pulley to assist with luggage.

Clean modernist interior with common courtyard. Quite complex though occupied. Took advantage of cooking and washing during my weeklong stay. Also includes a tight parking spot inside gate. I would return again
Loved staying at Casa Chula during my recent visit to Mexico City! I normally stay in La Condesa or Roma so this was a nice option. Plenty to do around the area. I will note that the apt does not have AC. So just ensure you’re prepared for that on hotter days. They did accommodate with a fan but nothing will compare to AC when you have it. Not their fault nonetheless. I would stay here again.

La zona è ottima e l'alloggio è pulito con buona disposizione delle camere. I letti comodi con materassi ortopedici come piacciono a me.

Polanco is undoubtedly the best area of Mexico City, it is a luxury area, quite safe with a wide variety of galleries, restaurants, cafes and the iconic Lincon Park in its center.
We recommend movement on foot, by Eco Bici or by Uber for longer transfers, the area is also very well connected to public transport.
