Kayaking is fantastic from this house, as it leads right out to the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. BBQ use is included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Propane tank refills are not included. Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The garage is not for guest use. This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
