welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly! ask about flyfishing opportunities on our property. 10 miles east of Gunnison off of US HWY 50, you will find our quiet ranch. you need a gate code to access our property so if privacy and security are your concerns, you will have that here! peaceful and private sums it up!

Our stay was amazing. The place is extremely clean and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed watching the horses from the back yard. It was very close to downtown Gunnison and Crested Butte.
Beautiful property with seclusion on the main road and very easy landmarks to find. lived the country life I love and miss since moving to the city!
Michelle’s little cabin on the ranch is truly delightful :) we were looking for excuses to visit again!

we are 10 miles east of town bordered by other ranches and we have lots of open space. you can't see any other houses from the cabin. our house is behind large chokecherry bushes so it is only visible in winter from the front of the cabin, but almost completely hidden during summer months due to leaves on the bushes.
since we are 10 miles out of town, you will need your car to get to Gunnison.
