Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Completely immersed in nature. A private road leads you to a 4 bedroom country house. The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub that fits up to 6 people. This is also completely private. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome. A gate leads onto a private road that goes up to the house. The property faces the Maiella and Morrone mountains with fantastic views of the Appenines from most rooms. Downstairs there are separate but open kitchen, dining and living rooms. The dining room also has an indoor fireplace. Upstairs is split into 4 bedrooms one of which has an en-suite. The outdoor area has a lounge area, outdoor cooking area, fire pit and hot tub. The entire space is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The property borders the national park. It is possible to see wildlife such as deer.

"doing nothing" è il posto ideale per staccare da tutto, è il posto per ritrovarsi e ritrovare gli affetti. Spettacolare casale in pietra tipica, in via di restauro, incastonato in una vallata assolutamente tranquilla e con un panorama stupendo. Confort, pulizia, disponibilità, sono al top. Unica l'esperienza dell'idromassaggio all'aperto anche in inverno. Andrew disponibile e reattivo. Un consiglio per chi vorrà fare una vacanza in questo posto incantevole, organizzatevi in modo da fare una buona scorta alimentare e non doversi spostare di frequente. Torneremo appena ne avremo la possibilità.
This trip was just what we needed - pristine surroundings, a peaceful and zen environment , and stunning views. We all feel refreshed after spending a few days at this stunning property. It's completely private so if you need a break from the madness of everyday - this is the place to go. No amenity was lacking, the house had every amenity possible and was extremely well equipped. Very highly recommended.

Amazing house. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Totally private. We really enjoyed the hot tub with those amazing views. So much better than the photos. We had a great time and hope to come back again and again.

This is a beautiful, peaceful, calm part of the world. There are very few other people living in the vicinity and the property sits on its own land. It affords complete privacy and tranquility.
But it only a 5 minute drive away from Pescosansonesco Vecchio and 10 minutes from Torre de Passeri which has all the necessary shops and services.
Getting around requires a car. There are many places of interest within driving distance. With both sea and mountains in under an hours’ drive.
