Muy linda la vista , Daniel atento Pero en la cocina había un par de ratones y nuestra comida valió 😅 solo sería eso tener cuidado en la Cocina y más botes de basura ya que fuimos un par de días y se ocupaban , de resto muy bien en ubicación, lugar tranquilo y del resto bien ✨

Great value and views! I was definitely on the hammock all day and love the brightness from the big windows! It's super quiet here with an occasional dog bark and rooster call. Definitely follow the directions to arriving here that Daniel gives to make your arrival a breeze. Bed is comfortable as well. There is no hot water (which you don't really need in Puerto because it's so hot) but the water also isn't cold, like a lukewarmness. I'm not in my cooking season so i didn't use the kitchen but the fridge was a plus and i put my fruit in there. They also updated the finishes and fixed the hole in the closet area that was previously mentioned. All in all, i can't wait to come back to this spot when I get back in a few weeks.

This self-sufficient apartment is located up a nice hill if you like the exercise, or else accessible by any form of transportation. It is about 500 meters north of the main road that separates this quieter developing neighborhood from the Brisas part of town. I particularly enjoyed the full ocean view (daytime and sunset), fresh breeze (and occasional wind) that brought many scents, and the toasty sunlight right on the balcony. Kitchen was a must for my storing of food and preparing meals, and hammock a nice touch for relaxing. The apartment is private but shares the building with a few tenants below, including one who helps administer the apartment. Drinking water was provided upon request. Wi-Fi worked but was subject to the Internet provider’s signal. I enjoyed having a fan in the bedroom, and I loved the temperature of the shower water during January weather. Just be mindful of the narrow spiral staircase with your luggage. I recommend this place to the adventurous traveler!

El sitio tiene una vista increíble, el espacio es muy íntimo y me sentí muy a gusto. De otro lado, siento que la habitación no está del todo terminada: los acabados son pobres, la cocina y el cuarto tienen espacios sin ventanas por lo que hay mucho viento. No es muy importante si no se va a usar mucho la cocina y si se quiere sentir todo el poder del mar y la zona, pero siento que hacen falta ambas para tener la opción y si se quiere un poco de silencio. De otro lado, es preferible ir en carro o moto porque caminando toca subir una calle. Para llegar a la playa caminando son unos 20 minutos. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron muy pendientes de todo y el cuarto estaba impecable cuando llegué. P.D.: Caminando maps propone dos rutas, mirando desde la av hacia el hospedaje hay una a la izq y otra a la derecha. NO TOMEN LA DE LA DERECHA, ya no existe y no se puede pasar ni en carro ni en moto.
