There weren't enough curtains to cover the door and window, so the room wasn't completely covered. Other than that, everything was perfect. They helped me as much as possible to solve the problem I had in previous city.

Muy amables desde el principio, me dejaron llegar unas horas antes del check in, me ayudaron con mi maleta y me dieron instrucciones necesarias para andar por la ciudad. La habitación muy bonita, con luz y tranquila. Gracias!
