Bartolo was very friendly and knowledgeable with great suggestions for places to visit, restaurants etc… very welcoming and generous with essentials like soap to coffee. The terrace is amazing with awesome views and the view from the room was exceptional. Very central clean and comfortable easy to get everywhere

Bartolo is just the nicest of guys, he picked us up at the dock, walked with is to the flat and arranged bicycles and tours for us. The place is as described and very central right next to the restaurants and bus station for other beaches on the island. All in all very pleasant stay at Bartolos place! Big recommendation!

Hello, I am Bartolo and I am Aeolian by birth. I have lived on all of the Aeolian islands (Alicudi, Filicudi, Stromboli, Panarea, Volcano and Lipari), and I love and am very passionate about my land. I have been involved in tourism since I was a child, first helping my father, and later as a Captain of the boat taking large groups of tourists for excursions to all the islands. I love working with tourists, share my knowledge about the islands with them and help them to have a nice holiday. I speak Italian and French (I lived in Switzerland for 10 years in my twenties and learned French there), my spoken English is limited, but you are welcome to write to me in English - I reply using dictionary.
