Come and discover this ideal 4-person apartment just a stone's throw from the Botanical Gardens and Bretonneau Hospital. Welcome to this 74 m² T3 apartment suitable for 4 people, just a stone's throw from the Botanical Gardens and close to Bretonneau Hospital. Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, you'll have all the comforts you need for your stay. You'll find a bright living room where you can relax on the sofa while watching TV and taking advantage of the Wifi connection at your disposal. A dining table completes the lounge/dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking (hob, oven, coffee maker, etc.). Next comes a corridor leading to the sleeping area, WC and bathroom. Two beautiful bedrooms are here for you to relax in after a hard day's work or a day of sightseeing. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the second has a classic double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate WC. On sunny days, you can enjoy the balcony with its unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds will be made up. All you need to do is pack your bags :) The location is ideal and all amenities are nearby. Arrival is autonomous via a key box. We look forward to receiving your reservation!

Grand logement, propre, tout proche du jardin botanique qui a bien plus à nos enfants avec ses animaux et les aires de jeux. Coté négatif une isolation sonore médiocre (on entends la rue et les voisins) et la difficulté de trouver une place ou se garer.
Logement très bien situé, de nombreuses places gratuites près du logement. L’arrêt de bus qui se trouve juste en bas permet un accès facile au centre ville.
Correspond à l'annonce. Logement propre, instructions claires, hôte réactif. 3 bémols néanmoins : - Les murs sont mal isolés au niveau du son, et les enfants des voisins étaient vraiment très bruyants. - l'entrée de l'immeuble notait une odeur nauséabonde certains jours, heureusement ne se propageant pas à l'appartement. - Le système de récupération/restitution des clés est certes sécurisé, mais le prestataire est très éloigné de l'appartement. Néanmoins nous avons pu trouver un arrangement pour la restitution.
Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, dans une résidence sécurisée. Commerces juste en bas très pratiques, et surtout emplacement idéal pour accéder à la fac de médecine et l’hôpital Bretonneau en 2min à pied. On ne peut pas faire mieux. Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable, vu les équipements proposés. Les hôtes sont réactifs et désireux que le séjour se passe bien.
