位置：远离芭提雅中心，30min左右，周边步行十分钟也有大排档和7-11 房东互动：及时回复 独特亮点：海景房间，直通沙滩，有海景泳池
离海边很近，房间也不错，挺满意的
The place very private, clean, easy to find restaurants, walkable to the beach

The host was pretty responsive. Though the host was not able to accommodate our early checking (requested last min) they did help with holding luggage. The location seems to be a “residence” building while the hotel building is to the back and the residence building has access the hotel facilities (pool and beach). The hotel has 2 pools as the picture shows but we were only allowed to use one. The room was very dusty and the sheets and towels had many holes. The room did not feel clean and you could see dirt in the corners and dirt coming out the sofa bed. The floors really needed to be wiped. It was an okay 2 night stay but would not recommend past that. On a brighter note there is a 7 eleven across the street so pretty convenient

This is quite areas of Pattaya. It is condomenium locate just next to Veranda resort. guests of condomenium is able to use resort facilities such as beachfront areas and swimming pool. This place is suitable for families trip or couple.
Staying here will not get you bored becuase there are many place to visit located near by such as Nongnuch garden, Tiger park, under water world Pattaya and Samaesarn Island and Koh Kam Island.
And one of the best thing is ver conveniece for food becuase there are many famous restaurant near by and there is convenience store locate just in front of condomenium
It is best to travel by private car or by Grab Taxi because it is quite place and not much public transportation passed by
