AWFUL. Don't stay here. The listing isn't an accurate display of the condition of the unit. Photos must have been taken from years ago when the space was still maintained. Host is in complete denial about the condition of the space. It also has a basement where other people live and park in the driveway making it difficult to get out and enter. Dirty floors (had to wear shoes the whole weekend), active rat traps under the sink that was missing a bottom and had all exposed insulation, outlets missing covers, at least 2 doors to the outside without working locks, holes and rotten wood in the outdoor decking (not safe for small children), stove missing all but 1 knob, curtains stained with dirt, random stains on the walls, bitten/removed trim from dog damage, sink detached from the counter in bathroom, plumbing that stopped working, tub faucet leaking stream of hot water, AC didn't work (was 76 degrees in the house during the day), outdoor furniture was broken and unusable. AWFUL.

A lot of issues with the house - pool murky, outdoor area dirty, house not in great condition. James was helpful to resolve and allow us to leave early.
