Lodge matched photos and amenities listed. Theresa answered messages in a timely manner however, she did neglect to include the $218 cleaning fee when we paid in full at the time of booking (about a month in adavnce of the trip). She told our group 1 week before the trip about the extra expense. It snowed while we were here and the driveway was cleared immediately. We had several small issues - ladybugs everywhere, upstairs microwave only had 3 working buttons, trash bins at roadside were already full when we arrived, hot tub was dirty, remotes to lights/fans upstairs didn't work, only was given a few tablespoons of dish soap for dishes for 10 people over 4 days, etc. Overall still an enjoyable stay.

The lodge was absolutely gorgeous, and very cozy, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The amenities were very nice and Theresa was very welcoming and communicated promptly when we had a question. Thank you so much for a magical stay.
