A perfect place for the 8 of us who are in Bangkok for a short get together. Property is a little secluded, 3-5 minutes walk from main road. 7-11 is about 15 minutes walk away. We had no problem ordering food delivery. Deliverer found our place easily. The property has 2 live in staff. They were a great help when we needed somethings urgent. The pool was a great hit. So we're the karaoke room.

We used this pool villa to host our female rugby team’s 10 year anniversary event, and it was great! The host was very accommodating for our large group of women. The villa looks just like the photos and slept those who spent the night comfortably. Woke up in the morning with the intention of cleaning and their staff had already tidied, which was a really nice touch. If you plan on hosting or cooking for a big group, I would recommend bringing cooking utensils and serving dishes/cutlery, as well as wine glasses. It’s tucked away in a local neighborhood but up a really long driveway so was good to not disturb neighbours and for our purposes, but might not be the best location for those looking to have close access to Bangkok city life. Overall, very grateful to our hosts and would recommend this villa for large groups!

Amazing place. Excessive amount of cool private sleeping accommodation. Pool was a huge hit. Outdoor living spaces are extremely comfortable, private, and a great place to relax, have coffee, and spend time with friends and family. The karaoke room is a huge hit with our friends and done very nicely. Can't think of a better place to entertain. The host was very helpful and has a great demeanor. You can tell he cares that you enjoy your stay. I could say a lot more.
