Dirty from the previous guests. Garbage everywhere, old food in the rooms that smelled like old food (pancakes and eggs specifically), no towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, dirty dishes and cups in the cabinets, no hot water, dirty sheets with no replacements, front door didn’t lock from the outside, dirty laundry in the kitchen on the floor and laundry room. Was told I would receive 50% refund for the condition of the property but host never responded after I left, had to go through air Bnb. These are the facts with no bias or opinion. Hate writing bad reviews, hopefully my experience was the exception not the rule.

Thank you so much for the quick responses. Sort of a rough part of the neighbourhood but very easy to get in and find. Glad for the extra metal door protection. Could use some finishing work of the space.

Thanks so much for your hospitality, it was so close to where we needed to be. I will return when I go back to Orlando. The host was proactive in making sure there was housing services available if needed.
