The unit is actually much cuter in person and the photos don’t do it justice. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a cute little screened in porch. I think the only thing to note is that the unit is on the 3rd floor which I didn’t find in the description, but rather another review. It was very clean and well kept, with laundry in the apartment, and when I had a little issue with the oven, the host had it fixed by the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an apartment on the 3rd floor. There are 32 steps total with no elevator. It looked just like the pictures. One bedroom had its own private bathroom and door to the back deck. We had a few glitches during our stay, but they were resolved. The host was part of a management company for the apartment complex and was not responsive to text on the weekend. However, if I called, there was someone taking calls and relaying them to the host. While not far from places in the Lafayette area, you are in a more industrial area and the view isn't much, but has a very nice screened-in porch. I have never stayed in a more quiet place--not even in my own townhouse. Once inside, I never heard a neighbor on any side.
