本来是可以四星的 但是我想提前取消入住时长（我本来预计到5月份 但是因为不回香港了所以想取消 我提前了一个月） 房东和我说你不可以取消 可是明明根据规则是可以取消的 这让我非常不爽

- Great location - Easy check-in - good value - found a very dirty floor room with sticky/ muddy/caked-on areas - a little dusty - only one bath towel (despite booking for two occupants) - a stained/dirty hand towel - friendly service when reported and two new, clean towels were delivered to the room - upon delivery we were told the floor was not dirt and we could vaccum it ourselves if we choose - cleaned a small spot on the floor and sent pictures to show that it was in fact dirt

This is a newly renovated apartment in a nice location. Alex and Kate were good hosts. They answered my questions promptly and kept the apartment clean and maintained.
