度过了非常感动的两个晚上。无论什么事情房东响应都非常及时，甚至当我们提出找不到吹风机的时候，买了一个新的给我们。另外因为是外国人，房东帮我们预约了出租车，送我们去机场。虽然边上是一家餐馆，但是完全不吵，离所有景点都可以步行到达。 热水也非常好 为什么airbnb只能打5星，我想给10星

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Pedro, la maison est agréable et très bien située. La communication a été très bonne avec Pedro qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer.

Very cool three story house in a great neighborhood. The front entrance is like a courtyard (even with a little fountain), and it looks like the whole place used to be completely open to the outdoors, replete with a metal gate as the front door. Has a very authentic feel, but be aware that it is not entirely impervious to noise or drafts from the outdoors. The air conditioning works great though and while it rained a few times, we had no issues with water on the inside. Very spacious with 2.5 bathrooms and two full bedrooms including a kitchen and living room. The stairs to the top floor are very narrow though so be careful especially with kids. I would not recommend for anyone with limited mobility. Super clean and no issues with check in or out. We were even allowed to leave our bags on our first day while the cleaning staff were getting the place ready.

We had a wonderful stay at Pedro’s place in Seville! The flat was spacious, clean and as described. I’m very sensitive to street noise but even though we were in a pretty central area, it was nice and quiet. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance from the flat and the hosts were very helpful and communicative at all times. They even shared some of their local recommendations which was greatly appreciated. We’d be very happy to stay here again!

We had a very good stay at Pedro’s place. Pedro and Francisco are very attentive hosts, that always answered our questions and gave us useful tips. The house is as described, with loads of space and very walkable. In few minutes you can reach all amenities in Sevilla. As the house is an old traditional house and it’s right in the historical center, it may get a bit noisy at night — so if that bothers you, a pair of earplugs can be helpful. Overall, we can certainly recommend Pedro’s place!
