The Dave Lyle Blvd exit 79 is Rockhill’s main entrance allowing access to all she has to offer. This hidden gem comes with a modern cabin feel with the serenity of a very private front and back yard. So if your ‘gotta stay, could use a getaway, this humble abode might just be your ticket to both. Homeowner is in a power wheelchair. Parking and access into the home a very conducive for handicap wheelchair. Please contact owner (Scott) for details. IMPORTANT! —Though Bedrooms and bathrooms are not as accessible for a Wheel Chair the kitchen living area are open and free flowing spaces for this modest 1550sq ft home.

This place is definitely a place that you want to book for a nice relaxing comfortable at home stay if you're anywhere and The Rock Hill Pineville or Charlotte area. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all well stocked and everything was super clean and bright. This was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's Winthrop graduation. Winthrop University, Walmart, gas stations, tons of restaurants, shopping centers, and interstate are all within a few minutes drive. This place is definitely a home away from home and Scott was absolutely awesome. The pictures do not do it justice! Will definitely book again.

Located in the back of a 1970s neighborhood with a very private yard. Feeling very safe for morning walks or evening strolls. There is no traffic for the neighborhood is created in a loop.
Plenty of parking and places to stretch in open space and Yard.
