Love It and Lease It ESPN was GREAT! I don’t even know where to start. From check in to check out the host was very communicative and the home had everything you could ever think of. Also another major bonus is that it’s conveniently located. I think our longest drive was 20 minutes the entire weekend. Looking forward to staying at Love It and Lease It properties when I’m in NC in the future!
This place was so much fun! I would 100% recommend it to anybody visiting Raleigh with their friends!

Nestled in a very nice neighborhood. Great for walking and minutes from stores and popular tour sights. The neighborhood is known to have geese strolling along the sidewalks and street, so please be alert and careful and drive slowly. The property has its own private drive that can hold about 2-3 cars however it is located on an incline. There is parking right in front of the property on the curb as well across the street. Please do not block neighbors driveways. Also keep in mind of the speed limit throughout the neighborhood.
