We had a good stay at the Pisonay hotel overall – it was good value, comfortable bed, well located. However there were a few issues. We were given a different room to the one we had booked (ie, we chose to book the room with a balcony and we were given an internal room without balcony) and this felt wrong especially given that the different rooms are advertised with different price points. As it happened, the room we were given had a kitchenette but there was nothing in the cupboards – not even a single glass or cup – and the fridge was not connected so it was kind of pointless. A sign on the back of our bedroom door told us that breakfast was until 10am but when we went down at 9.15 we were told it had finished already. The staff were kind about it but we heard them complaining on the phone to the boss about us. My Airbnb booking stated that 11am was the check out time but we were told it was 10am. I think it's a nice place but with bad communication between the owners and staff.

eine schöne moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. alles wirke neu und hochwertiger. die Aussicht ist schön.. eine sehr moderne und große Dusche mit vielen Funktionen, leider gab es kein warmes Wasser, nur sehr kaltes. Scheinbar leben im oder direkt um das Haus herum Hühner und Hähne, wodurch wir in der früh immer sehr bald (ca. 6 Uhr) von den krähen des Hahns geweckt wurden. das Airbnb ist zwar am Rande der Stadt aber es ist dennoch laut dafür (Bär/Café direkt gegenüber) Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist okay
