Our Modern Apartment is located in the charming village of Majorda, Goa. Our centrally located guest house is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Goan coastline. Our modern apartment is located close to the beach. There is a kitchenette with basic utensils. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi. We have a bathroom and is private to the Apartment. The modern apartment is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Majorda/Utorda beach. This is a modern apartment nestled on the road internally towards Majorda/Utorda Beach. The Amenities include: Fridge Smart TV Air conditioner Kitchenette with crockery and basic utensils Induction Spacious and clean bathroom coffee table with chairs Wifi This room has a comfortable King sized bed. If you have a reservation with 3 guests, we will provide a floor mattress for the additional third guest.There is a private and spacious bathroom with hot and cold running water. We also have a modern Kitchen that you can use to cook a meal in the same room. We also have a fridge to store your drinks.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sea Breeze. Nice and clean rooms, exactly as shown in the photos. Peaceful property and homely surrounding. Joshua, his mum and the caretaker are very hospitable. Definately coming back. 10/10 would recommend!
