The ensuite features double vanities, a steam shower, and large soaker tub (note- the jets in the tub are not operational). On the middle level, guests will find four additional bedrooms, two of them suites. The king suite has access to the deck, an HDTV, and Jack-N-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower. The second suite on this level has a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional king bedroom has a TV and private bathroom with step-in shower. The bunk room has a TV and two twin-over-twin bunk beds providing sleeping for four guests. Guests are provided with Wifi, a laundry room, and central heating and air conditioning on the top two floors. The bottom level has mini-splits in the game room and sauna room. There is a powder room on the main floor. Pets are not permitted at Pipers Paradise. The paved driveway has parking for three vehicles, while the garage has space for one. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date. - Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month.
