The location of the apartment is great - right in the heart of town. The apartment is also clean and well-stocked, and the place is clean and modern. A couple of things to note: 1) the entrance is tricky to navigate with suitcases, as all the bins are kept in the entrance hall (including other rubbish), 2) the common areas are not maintained/clean, and 3) the apartment itself is quite noisy -- the floorboards and doors creak so probably not ideal if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, this is in a handy location to the golf course, University conference locations, the beach and other places of interest.
