The room is private and in the town house (on 2nd floor, no elevator) which located very near Ben Thanh Market. There are totally 5 rooms in the house. It is just few steps to the bus stop which have buses go straight to Ben Thanh Market/Bui Vien/The Independence Palace/The Pink Church... Please keep in mind that the bathroom is shared with 01 guest in the same floor. The kitchen is shared and full-equipped. The washing machine is free to use Drinking water is free for guests for the whole stay Your room is on the 2nd floor. There is a queen bed, a desk with chair to work, an air conditioner, a fan, a wardrobe and a clothes rack in your bedroom

I’ve been at Chanh’s house many times but it was the first time I stayed at this room. This room has a big window and the view is spectacular with green tree and city. All the time I stayed here I had to prepare for my meetings and this place was great for working with fast wifi, cool AC, a proper desk and chair. This room is quiet and clean. And the price is so affordable. Chanh is truely a superhost. He is super nice and helpful. Definitely will come back again and again.
