Lots of beds for your whole family or friends! 3 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 bonus rooms on the bottom floor that can used for sleeping, office space or quiet space. The three main bedrooms are on the top floor along with the kitchen, family room, full bath and porch. One bedroom overlooks the river with a king bed. A second bedroom is small with three twins beds, perfect for kids. The third has a full size bottom bunk and twin top bunk as well as a free standing twin bed. Below the main floor, in the walk-out basement, located on the water side, is a bonus den/office with a queen bed, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a trundle twin bed, off of the den/office. For larger groups, there is an overflow old school, un-renovated 1/2 bath with a sink and toilet in the unfinished part of the basement near the bedroom, off the den. The den in the walk-out basement has a desk and chair as well as a queen bed. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off the salt water. There are two outdoor dining options, both overlooking the river. The table patio seats 6 and the screened-in porch table seats 8 or more. A small indoor dining table seats 4. Renters can use paddle boards, dock and raft. Motor Boat is not in use for renters but you can tie your own boat up to the dock, with advanced notice and approval.
