Our stone house, built in the 19th century, is known to have served as the home of a Greek merchant before the population exchange. This historical heritage offers you traces of the past and a unique atmosphere. We provide accommodation services only, no breakfast. However, you can enjoy excellent breakfasts at nearby authentic local cafes. Our house has a "Touristic Rental Accommodation Permit" issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on March 28, 2024, with the number 10-2-1. Our historic stone house, located in a side street off Horse Carriage Square in the heart of Ayvalik, offers a unique stay with its 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room, and an open kitchen.
