I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Airbnb booking. Upon arrival, I found that the bed and towels in the room were used and had not been changed. Despite providing photographic evidence of the used bedsheets, the host refused to take my complaint seriously or offer any meaningful solution. Instead of addressing the serious hygiene issues, the host suggested I go buy new bedsheets and towels from the market—at midnight on a weekend, when everything was closed. This is an unreasonable and unacceptable solution. The room was also extremely cold with no heating or air conditioning, adding to the discomfort. The host showed a complete lack of responsibility and ignored my concerns. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any guest. If I get sick due to these unhygienic conditions, who will take responsibility? I strongly urge other travelers to reconsider booking this place.
