Spectacular vista and location. Could benefit from updates. We adored the breathtaking water views. Hanging out on the veranda, watching the light change and waves crash against the coastline is a true treat, especially at this price point. The grounds are sizeable, pretty and private. The layout, large and well designed, worked perfectly for our group of six. I can't say enough about being near Long Bay beach, the most beautiful beach in Antigua! This well-priced property does present some compromises. Some will, no doubt, think them a small price to pay for all the benefits. For example, a couple of doors did not close (including one on a bathroom), so privacy was an issue. We appreciated that Paul fixed this on our 2nd day, but the jack-and-jill bathroom still couldn't be locked. The condition of some dressers was such that they couldn't be opened/closed without waking someone up or fully cleaned. A bedskirt was stained. All in all, we were happy to have booked it.

My family found Paul's place to be a great value. We particularly loved the beautiful ocean view and constant breezes moving through the place. The home is even bigger than I thought from the photos, and our family of 6 (including 3 teens) had plenty of space for lounging indoors and outdoors on the large porch. Long Bay Beach (800m/8-10 minute walk door to shore on a little-used road) was one of our favourites on the Island, making this home's beautiful, peaceful location a real winner. The overall layout of the house works great, and the kitchen is really well stocked with supplies for those wanting to cook, bake or BBQ. Some of the furniture, etc has gotten a little shabby over time, but we felt it was all more than reasonable for the price. We would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect vacation house, outdoor area with 180 degree ocean view! We really enjoyed having our meals on the covered deck. One of the best beaches was within a 5 minute walk. Outstanding house for a relaxing vacation!

If you want to be right on the ocean and hear waves crashing on the shore this place is amazing! Very spacious home with everything you need. Unfortunately limited food options nearby and no local nightlife unless you want to pay for a pass at a resort.
