A bit like a maze game to get inside, but since I had help on the phone when needed, that was okay. The place was clean and had everything we needed.
We received the apartment as an upgrade, because the one we booked originally was dirty and missed some equipment that was shown on Airbnb. The communcation and problem solving was very quick and our contact person very friendly. The apartment in the Skytower itself is really comfortable. Pros: Location (very central, good restaurants and cafés around, ..), size (really spacious), washing machine in the apartment, good equipment (hair dryer, kitchen, ...) Cons: the couch seems really old/isn't comfortable, gym not really good equipped, pool really small, bed sheets and cleaness not perfect. In total, I would recommend it.
