Kristin was so kind, very responsive, and accommodating! My boyfriend and I live in the South Bay but in that area for a wedding so we needed a place for the night. It was the perfect spot to freshen up and sleep. We got unintentionally upgraded to a suit for some unforeseen circumstances but everything worked out great. While we were out our bags were transferred to the new room. There was a hiccup with one of the door locks and Kristin was very flexible, offered a lot of options, but I felt safe. The neighborhood was quiet, warm and inviting. Everything inside the house was organized and clean. They even had 3 pups who were so cute and beautiful! Overall, it was a cozy and lovely stay. Would do it again!

I had a lovely stay. Kristen and her husband gave me a warm greeting when I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I need. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed one night with our small dog. The place was very clean and our host was so sweet and hospitable! Coffee in the room, easy street parking out front, blackout curtains, and a nice park across the street that we could easily take our pup to a couple of times for play and potty. A couple FYI’s for people who may be more particular than us would be that the bed was quite soft, no private entry, and the bathroom is shared with one other room. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at Kristin's; comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, nice amenities such as morning coffee. On-street parking and right across the street from a quiet park. Most highly recommended.
