There is a private trail from the backyard bringing guests to Goodwill Park - which provides swimming, a playground, hiking, casual walking, and more. This trail also brings you closer to the Shining Sea Bikeway (located very close by). Many guests may choose to explore the rest of Falmouth and the Cape from Cape Forty Six’s central (yet quiet) location. Main Street / Downtown Falmouth (and its fabulous restaurants, shopping, and events) is a close drive or a manageable walk away. Classic Cape towns (and their beaches, shopping, dining, site seeing….) like Mashpee, Sandwich, Bourne, and more are very close for you to explore. The breathtaking beaches and nature of Truro and Chatham (watch out for the Great Whites!), or the art/culture/food of Provincetown make excellent day trips.
