The stay at Bart's was easy and peaceful. It was clean and easy to check in. There were also many helpful amenities in the bathroom cabinet: hair dryer, band aids, etc. And there is instant coffee and a hot pot, which worked great in the mornings. Location is convenient for botanical garden and Queens University, a bit of a walk from downtown. Tip: the door to his family house is quite thin, so if you're a light sleeper like me, I would recommend sleeping with a white noise track on your phone to help with the sound of coming and going. All in all, easy stay, drama free.

La habitación esta perfecta, la cama es muy cómoda y contiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agusto. Bart ha sido un gran anfitrión, ha estado muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien, ha sido muy servicial y amable . Definitivamente volvería a quedarme con Bart.

Barts place was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities listed &close to everything you need…. Transportation, groceries, pubs restaurants and the city centre. The place is need of a full length mirror and maybe soap and a cloth to wash dishes if you use them. FYI there are children living on the premises and to be expected, can be a little noisy at times, and it’s a wine fridge provided, so no freezer. Overall a good stay would recommend for solo travellers as not very big!! Bart was very respectful and quick to respond to any of my concerns and questions!! Thank you for having me and hope to see you again 😊🇨🇦

Bart was an excellent host, his apartment is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Everything in the space was exactly as described, with all the facilities I required, a very comfortable bed, and a pristine bathroom. Location is central enough to be walkable to everything you would need in Belfast, but also located in a quiet, welcoming street. Bart responded quickly and helpfully to any query, and it was a pleasure to stay at his place.
