very nice and professional hosts, great location and excellent apartment
Wir haben uns in den Apartments Monika sehr Wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool war sehr einladend und das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Das angebotene Frühstück muss man einfach probieren. Es wird von den Gastgebern mit Liebe zubereitet und ist einfach lecker. Monika und Francois sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett. Der Pool ist klasse. Mit allem sehr zufrieden. danke
We had a lovely stay at Monika and François' The view definitely is the star. We met François at check in and he was mighty helpful, going out of his way to help us lug our baggage up. Upon check in, he gave us detailed information about the house as well as chalked out a whole bunch of places on the map for us. We did take most of his suggestions and I must say they didn't disappoint. He was quick in his responses to us and was also very helpful in suggesting alternates. The house itself is very clean and bright. The only issue was that we kept bumping our heads on the roof in some places...just something you have to be conscious about. There is a working kitchen that is equipped with pretty much all you need to cook - condiments included. The two bathrooms are clean and we're also stocked with some toiletries. The bedrooms are cost and beds comfy. The living space was really nice to veg out and be lazy. The pool however, stole our heart! Overall a wonderful stay!
The apartment was bigger than expected and as it seemed on the pictures. Restaurants and the Marina are really close in walking distance. swim possibilities in the sea are bit further to walk. Monika and Francois are very friendly and reply to questions quickly. The Pool was lovely.

It consists of 6 apartments in a holiday home in a small village on the island of Krk, called Punat. The island of Krk is the Croatian biggest island in the north of the Adriatic coast. Connected by a bridge to the mainland, Krk has many pictoresque villages, breathtaking bays and beaches for your summer vacation. Punat is one of the biggest Croatian nautical center, as well as the island centre of olive growing. It prides itself on a real gem in the middle of the bay – a small island Košljun. Košljun is an island into an island. OUR APARTMENTS #The apartments are located 100m from the sea and 200m walk from the town centre. The Punat marina being only 5 minutes away, their location is ideal for boaters. Not only are our apartments beautifully furnished meeting all the requirements of your stay (wi-fi free, sheets, towels, toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, plates, smart TV UHD 4K, air conditioning, parking place, etc., provided), but also each apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Punat bay, the garden or the marina and the Košljun island. BREAKFAST BASKET And since 2022 we have selected high quality product mainly from Island of Krk, Island of Rab and Prvic to prepare you and Wonderfull breakfast basket which we deliver to your apartment at the time of your choice.
