This place is a gem, it is beautiful, comfortable, and safe. It was stocked with every day necessities to make you feel right at home. It is centrally located making it easy to walk to restaurants, local stores, and supermarkets. With the beach right down the road you couldn’t ask for more. I look forward to returning and if I’m lucky this condo will be my first choice.

Condo was very spacious and modern. It is in a very busy area of town, great if you like to be in the middle of action. Might want to bring earplugs to sleep, as it can be lively until late at night. Beach is about a block away and the host supplied beach towels, chairs and even a cooler, which was nice. Close to lots of restaurants and fast food places.

Overall a great place and just steps to the beach. The condo is in great condition and is fairly large for a 3 bedroom. The master bedroom and bath are quite large. The WiFi is good in the main living room but struggles mightily in the bedrooms. The mattresses were quite soft-maybe a little worn out, but not horrible. Kitchen is well stocked. Literally 3 minute walk to the sand. Large balcony and outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again. We visit PR often and this place has a very good value, location, and is great for families.

Jennifer was a great host. She was very responsive to our questions about the unit. The condo is a quick walk to a beautiful beach and all types of bars, restaurants and shops. The only con was the parking spot was a very tight squeeze. It also didn’t help that the car parked next to the assigned spot was hugging the yellow line making the spot even tighter.

We loved Jennifer’s condo! Enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde very much and will definitely be back! Jennifer was so helpful and accommodating with everything. It was perfect!
