House with a capacity for 4 guests to sleep and up to 12 people for your private events such as: Anniversaries / Birthdays / Graduations / Courses & Workshops / Commercial Photography / Etc. Just 2 blocks from Convention Center and 3 blocks from Los Sapos flea market. House with 2690 square feet on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room or reception, then you will find an equipped kitchen integrated into the dining room and the living room with a 60-inch Smart TV. You will be able to access the room area with more than 860 square feet and a shared full bathroom. In front of the dining room and bedrooms, you can access the outdoor garden area where you can enjoy in various ways, you will find a table with an umbrella for 4 people. Behind the dining area is the cleaning area with a washing machine and a half bathroom. On the upper floor you can access an open office and a meeting table for 4 people. We do not have private parking, however, you can leave your cars outside the property during business hours (8am - 8pm), outside of these time we suggest you use any of the public or private parking lots in the area.
