Our family had a wonderful stay in the Thatch House! It was conveniently located and had beautiful views of Lake Michigan. The home was such a fun and unique home, and was really quite gorgeous! It was very well stocked, which worked great for a large Thanksgiving meal for our family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend the home, and would stay there again when we return to Charlevoix.

This was an amazingly unique and magical house for a wedding weekend stay. The Thatch house is like a fairytale. The stone and woodwork are incredible and there are beautiful views of Lake Michigan. It was so cozy to relax by the fireplaces in the comfy living room. The furnishings and details throughout are wonderful. The entire house was immaculately clean and well appointed. Definitely a special and very memorable treat to stay here.

Magical place for a group vacation! Everything about the house is high-quality and very charming. Do note that it is a popular tourist attraction so there were often people taking photos of the house, but everyone was respectful of our privacy. There’s lots of space in the house to be together or to find a quiet corner to enjoy. Michigan Beach is very close and a wonderful place to hunt for Petosky stones and other beautiful rocks, as well as to swim or watch boats go in and out of the channel. Downtown is only a few blocks away. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend, if you can book, do so!

Beautiful house! Great place to stay for anyone who appreciates unique architecture and design. We were a group of 12 and the house never felt crowded, lots of different areas to hang out and socialize along with plenty of private spaces as well. Very responsive host and property manager. We had a couple questions the first night and they both texted and called to follow up and were very helpful. Would definitely return, great location and great home!
