Adventurous Beach Access: Directly in front of the property, an intermediate-level trail meanders downhill, leading you to the wild beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. This adventurous path requires caution and a sense of adventure. Detailed pictures in our guide will help you assess the trail, but please note that descending the rocks is at your own risk. Two Bathrooms: Ensuring convenience and privacy for your group. Second Apartment: One Queen Size Bedroom: A cozy sanctuary with a comfortable queen-size bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped, mirroring the amenities of the first apartment, ensuring a delightful cooking experience. One Bathroom: Complete with all essentials for your stay. Please take a moment to review the following important information: Check-in Time: 3:00pm Check-out Time: 11:00am Please review the following rules- House Rules: •Turn off A/C and lights when you are not in the room. •No smoking or vaping inside the rooms. •No parties or events. Parties or events are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the host. •Quite hours are from 10pm-8am. No loud music after those hours will be permitted. •No pets: Unless specifically allowed by the host, pets are not allowed on the property. •Respect the property and its contents: Guests should treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any damage or breakages should be reported to the host immediately. •Keep noise levels down: Guests should be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours. •No extra guests: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed on the property. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance. •Keep the property clean and tidy: Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. This includes washing dishes, taking out the trash, and leaving the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived. Pool Rules: •No animals in the pool. •No diving: Diving should not be allowed in the pool. The depth of the pool should be clearly marked and guests should be informed that diving is not allowed. •No running: Guests should be informed that running on the pool deck or around the pool is prohibited, as it can lead to slips, falls, and injuries. •Watch your children: Children under the age of 18 should be supervised at all times while using the pool. •Always use pool ladder: Use the pool ladder and stairs to enter and exit the pool. Keep in mind that jumping or climbing over the pool edge can be dangerous. •No glass containers: Guests should not bring glass containers into the pool area, as broken glass can cause serious injuries. •No food inside the pool •No rough play or fights
