Welcome Guests of the RNC! Our 3,500 sq foot bright and airy, contemporary home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one incredible greatroom with fireplace and access to the backyard patio. All bedrooms are on the upper level; two have private balconies. One bedroom is currently being used as an office. Kitchen has been recently updated with high-end appliances and large island. Backyard has a massive green space, firepit, large lounge area with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table. All bedrooms are large and located on the second level. There is one king bed, one queen bed and one pullout couch with a queen bed. Two bedrooms have large TV’s. There are also two full bathrooms on second level; one with a bathtub. The dedicated office has a desk, office chair and high-speed internet. The main floor consists of a living room with sectional couch, ottoman and 65” TV, a den with bar and set of chairs, full bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen with large island that can seat 4, dining room with seating for 8. At the center of the main level, you’ll find the passive solar designed great room with wood burning fireplace, 65” TV, large sectional couch and 5 sets of sliding doors with access the backyard. BACKYARD: Situated on 1.3 acres of wooded serenity, there is a large green area, fire pit with seating for 6, massive brick patio with outdoor furniture to accommodate up to 12 people with 10’ x 12’ umbrella, string lights, outdoor dining table with umbrella and grills. We have several bird feeders setup and you will be delighted to see all of the beautiful birds that visit us daily. Additionally, you’ll see other wildlife roaming our yard including deer, turkeys, rabbits, raccoons and maybe a coyote. Please allow them to pass through uninterrupted.
